Alumni and Students at the 4th Annual LA Showcase
The 4th annual LA Showcase was held at the Falcon Theatre in Burbank on May 4 and 5. Over 40 industry professionals attended the 3 performances. We hosted over 30 School of Theatre Arts and Dance (STAD) alumni at the Wednesday evening performance. During their time in LA the 17 performers also participated in Q&A sessions with legendary TV Producer/Director Gary Marshall, Playwright/CSI Producer/Screenwriter David Rambo, Film Actor/UNC Alum Steve Eastin, ‘70, and Author/Teacher/Coach Scott Sedita.

Eastin keeps his acting school top priority but he also continues a successful acting career. Currently, Eastin is filming with Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson in “Things Fall Apart,” and has been featured in films “Field of Dreams,” “Catch Me If You Can,” and “Con Air” to name a few.
