Randy Moser - BA 1982

Randy Moser is a University of Northern Colorado graduate. He has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1993 specializing in helping buyers and sellers with residential, small acreages and investment properties. Moser believes that providing the best knowledge and service with honesty and integrity is the only way to help his clients. Over 85% of his business comes from repeat clients and their referrals; the rest is from open houses and networking. Moser was recently voted one of Weld County's favorite Realtors which he is extremely humbled by. He is very involved in the community through the Greeley Chamber of Commerce, Habitat for Humanity, and the Greeley Business Advisory Group. He speaks at local high schools and is a University of Northern Colorado Alumni Association Board Member. Moser is in the real estate market every day, keeping himself keenly aware of home values, trends, and current inventory. He has also been a landlord since 1991 and presently owns 52 units. He is married to his wife Chris and has been a Greeley resident since 1963.
